Stop Choosing the Cheapest Agency: 3 Realities Every SME Owner Must Know

Cheapest Agency

There are so many good Designing and marketing agencies in Thane, Mumbai and around the country. And SME/ MSME business owners or entrepreneurs often find it difficult to choose the right agency to work with. They end up considering the cost as prime factor to design the right agency for their business.

In this article, I will focusing on 3 clarities that any business owner needs to have while selecting the right agency for their business.

  1. The Comparison: Why Your Setup Matters
  2. The “Right Design” Rule: Speaking Your Customer’s Language
  3. The Orrigem Factor
  • The Comparison: Why Your Setup Matters

The DIY Trap: Why Founders Shouldn’t Be Their Own Marketing Team

While you focusing on your main business whether its, health & wellness, organic products/services, Hospitality or any other sector, you as a founder/owner try and execute design and marketing activities all by yourself.

Now why this is not a right strategy? Business is about people working together to build something for people. It requires different minds working on different activities in sync to produce something invaluable. Now, you may argue what if, one person has all the abilities? It’s possible. Think about the outcome and the speed in which you could grow when you have multiple hands and supporting minds, your journey would be faster, smoother and exciting at the same time.

The Role of AI: Tool or Strategy?

In today’s age, some people may argue saying, we can use AI. Yes, we can use AI and in-fact we must use AI. Think read/watch about long term challenges of using AI in business from experts. I will definitely cover this subject in detail soon through new article. We need people not just to for professional reasons but also for practical and personal reasons.

Freelancers vs. Agencies: Investing in ROI, Not Just Assets

How about working with freelancers? Good Idea. They have less over heads and works best when you have limited budget. Having said that, we need to understand, one of the most important investments in business is marketing and sales. We may spend lakhs of rupees on infrastructure or few fixed assets and when it comes to the actual ROI, we must know it’s not the infrastructure that will bring business it’s your investment on marketing and sales that will ensure study business flow. Moreover, when you work with freelancers, it’s impossible for them to have knowledge of market and every single domain. Therefore, they may not be able to navigate through the challenges of delivering what is right for your business.

The Power of Collective Minds: Why Speed Requires a Team

What happens when you work with agencies? Agency has people with different skill sets and they work hands in gloves with each other to produce something bespoke for your business. Now here you may find the cost slightly more than freelancers but, agencies comes with reliability with their physical office address along with digital touch points like website and social media accounts. They not only save your time, but you could expect things to be completed with your time frame. Different minds working together with discussion and debate to ensure just one thing, that you get the right output and the desired result.

  • The “Right Design” Rule: Speaking Your Customer’s Language

Speaking Your Audience’s Language

If you could think, answer this one simple question to yourself. What is a good design? If you are not from design background you may have your own clarity, which you try and explain yourself. Once you complete answering yourself, next question is, what if that good design won’t get you desired output/result? Design looks great, it’s clean, nice, feels wow but you finding it difficult to connect with your audience. And you realise there is nothing called as good design or bad design, it’s all about having right design that could do the job for you.

Communication Over Decoration

If you planning to develop a brand for common people, you cannot make it look premium and when you develop something for premium audience, you cannot make it look average. And this applies to everything related to your brand communication. For logo, packaging, profile, instore branding, website or social media. So, a good agency can help you to communicate with your audience in their language.

The Orrigem Factor

From MNCs to MSMEs: A Decades-Long Journey of Strategic Design

Organic Products – Branding and Digital Marketing https://orrigem.com/organic-products-branding-and-marketing/ Mon, 29 Dec 2025 15:04:14 +0000 https://orrigem.com/?p=18156

Organic Products – Branding and Digital Marketing

Organic products branding and marketing

Today, I want us to understand what is the real challenge in growing your organic product brand. We all talk about right sourcing of the raw materials, good quality, right proportions, lab test everything but still when we get into the market with so called one of the best organic product that we have, we often realise it’s more than what we thought so far will get the business for us. And I want you to pay a close attention to understand the game of selling organic products. In last 15 years of my leading Orrigem, a design and Marketing agency from Mumbai, I have learnt few things about the organic product market, and I am sharing my experience with you as a compilation of my studies and experiences of talking to best of the minds from this industry. And yes, I am not writing this blog for those who has established businesses.. this blog is for those who started their business in organic product sector in last 2-5 years or wants to start.

Branding and Digital Marketing Strategic Growth for Organic Product Brands

Let’s start with understanding the organic market, in 2025 it stands at approximately $317 billion as per study in organized sector and does not include home base businesses. It’s estimated to be growing at 13.6% in 2026 and in India it will be growing at the aggressive speed of 20%. Which means opportunity is not a challenge. Then why are we not able to sell and scale our business the way we expect.

It’s not about first mover, surprisingly it’s not even about best quality…People wants to know why they should buy from you when there are so many players in the market. Yes, once the product is sold, it will also be about the quality. People wants to trust you based on what story you tell them and how you tell them which brings us to a clarity that, it’s all about your brand story and the presentation which will ensure the success or bankruptcy of your Organic Product business.

Now the first question that comes to my mind is, how to tell my brand story before people buy my product? To understand this, first you need to list out the brand touch points. Touchpoints are those areas where your business has influence, it could be from the place where you source the product, logistics, operation locality, people involved in your business, your friends & family, the way you package your product, the printer, the vendor, communication materials, digital platforms everything including yourself could be explored to leverage and tell your brand story. And that’s how you create an environment to attract the right people into it and sell them. Once you list out the possible touch points, it’s time for creating a compelling story that people could connect with and get ready for the next step. Orrigem has helped many brands to create the brand story and the way we do it is, by interviewing the business owner/co-founders about who he is, how he came up with the tought of selling that particular product or service, what are his values, virtues and more and that is how, we are able to become one of the best branding and designing agency in Mumbai and best marketing agency for organic products in thane as well.

Once you have the brand story and all the touch points listed, it’s time to understand about how to leverage each touch point to make the best use of it for marketing. And this is where we can work with you in hand in gloves and prepare the right strategy and provide our services which are actionable in nature. Let’s understand this with an example, let’s say your office itself is a touch point. People often visit your office and you want to communicate your brand to them without making them read your long story. What you can do is, choose the right door bell, choose a signature music which will be played inside the office in background, choose a fragrance that will help people to recall your brand everytime they visit, give them something to taste which will always be same.. so on and so forth. Basically create an experience that people will never be able t forget your brand even if they try to. Like wise, your packaging designs, type of illustrations or photographs that you use, your online presence, communication everything must be aligned in one straight line that leads to your brand story and make people connect with you. This connect will ensure the sales. Yes, we can help with digital marketing services to promote you business but that comes later. First you need to establish the brand in your mind and surroundings which will help in digital platforms and physical platforms.

Physical platforms could be like, hosting a small workshop with some experts from the organic/ayurvedic industry, seminars, Free consultation activities through small booths, developing unique dispensers to be kept at retail stores and taking it a step further to launch franchise model of your business etc.

Before I end this blog, I would say never compromise on 2 things. One is right packaging and right website. Everything else could be aligned to the way you design these 2 things. As you you could understand these are the 2 most important aspects to connect with your customer online offline. I hope you found some value through this blog, if you have any specific question about any particular topic related to your sales and marketing, be rest assured that we got your back and we are always there to understand your need and customize our help for you.

6 Smart Marketing Strategies, Can Help Gyms Increase Revenue https://orrigem.com/6-smart-marketing-strategies-can-help-gyms-increase-revenue/ Wed, 26 Nov 2025 10:50:28 +0000 https://orrigem.com/?p=18028

6 Smart Marketing Strategies, Can Help Gyms Increase Revenue

Orrigem Design and Digital Marketing Service blog 4

The fitness world has evolved. It’s no longer just about weights and whey protein — it’s about building a brand, creating experiences, and fostering a sense of community. Whether you own a neighbourhood gym, a boutique fitness studio, or a chain of centres, your growth depends on more than just good equipment and great trainers.

So how can marketing help you grow your gym’s revenue?

Let’s break it down:

Your Brand is Your First Impression: Branding isn’t optional anymore, it’s essential. A sharp logo, clear messaging, consistent tone, and a premium-looking identity help people trust you before they even walk in. If your gym looks like the place to be, it becomes one. From signage to social media, make every visual speak the same language.

Your Website Should Work as Hard as You Do: A good-looking website is nice. A website that brings in new members? That’s gold. Make sure it’s mobile-friendly, shows off your trainers, shares class schedules, includes transformation stories, and has clear calls to action. Visitors should find what they need, and take action, in under 30 seconds.

Paid Ads = Local Footfall: Facebook and Instagram ads let you zero in on your ideal audience, think 20–40-year-olds living within 5 km who love fitness. Google Ads catch people actively searching for a gym nearby. That’s intent you don’t want to miss. Even a small ad budget, when managed well, can generate a steady stream of leads.

SEO: Your Free Lead Engine: If someone nearby Googles “CrossFit gym near me,” and your competitor pops up first, that’s a missed opportunity. SEO helps your gym rank higher in local searches and brings in traffic that you don’t have to pay for every time. Think of SEO as your 24/7 silent salesperson.

Social Media Builds Loyalty: Posting regularly helps create a real connection with your audience. Share transformation stories, trainer insights, class vibes, and celebrate your members. It makes your gym more relatable and trustworthy. Consistency keeps you top of mind, so when they’re ready to commit, they think of you.

Measure Everything: Every campaign, paid or organic, needs to be tracked. Are your ads working? Where are your leads coming from? What content drives traffic? Without data, you’re guessing.

We help set up the right tracking so you know what to double down on, and what to drop.

The gyms growing fastest today are the ones investing in smarter marketing. Whether it’s branding, SEO, or ads — it’s all about getting in front of the right people with the right message.

At Orrigem, we help fitness brands do just that. Not just creating campaigns — but creating momentum that moves your business forward.

Is Your Hospital’s Website Doing Its Job? Here’s What Every Modern Patient Looks For https://orrigem.com/is-your-hospitals-website-doing-its-job-heres-what-every-modern-patient-looks-for/ Fri, 03 Oct 2025 06:56:34 +0000 https://orrigem.com/?p=16517

Is Your Hospital’s Website Doing Its Job? Here’s What Every Modern Patient Looks For

Because healing begins the moment they find you online.

A hospital doesn’t just treat ailments — it becomes a place of trust, a pillar of care in the eyes of the community. But in today’s world, that trust isn’t built only inside the walls of your hospital — it begins the moment a patient searches your name online.

Long before they step into your facility, they’re scanning your website. They’re silently observing how you present yourself, how easy it is to find answers, and whether your care extends beyond treatment to communication, clarity, and connection.

Unfortunately, many hospitals — even the reputed ones — still treat their website as a formality. Just a static presence. A place to list services and contact numbers. But the reality is, your website is now your first point of care. And if it doesn’t reflect your commitment to excellence, you may be losing trust before the first appointment is even made.

In a healthcare space that is growing more competitive and digitally active by the day, your hospital’s website must do more than just exist — it must speak.

Modern patients are far more discerning than they were a decade ago. They’re not just comparing hospitals based on reputation or location; they’re comparing experiences. They expect your digital presence to match the care and sophistication they hope to experience in person. When they land on your website, they’re asking themselves: Does this place feel trustworthy? Is the care here accessible and professional? Can I rely on them when it truly matters?

And the answers to those questions don’t come from just reading a list of services. They come from how your hospital makes them feel through its digital presence. The tone of your words, the warmth of your images, the ease of navigating your services, and the confidence your site communicates — all of it plays a part in shaping perception.

A well-designed hospital website can help patients feel at ease, guide them to the right departments, allow them to connect or book appointments smoothly, and most importantly, give them a sense that their health will be in good hands. On the other hand, a cluttered, slow, or outdated site can signal negligence — even if your hospital’s care is exceptional.

At Orrigem, we understand that hospitals don’t just need websites — they need digital trust bridges. We specialize in building websites that are clean, emotionally intelligent, and future-ready. Whether you’re a multi-specialty hospital, a super-specialty center, or a rapidly growing healthcare institution, we help translate your values, your vision, and your services into a digital experience that mirrors the excellence you offer on-ground.

We don’t simply design for aesthetics — we design for trust, efficiency, and ease of access. Our team works closely with hospital administrators, department heads, and medical staff to understand the pulse of your brand and deliver a website that not only informs but reassures.

We also go beyond the initial design. Our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) ensure that your site remains updated, secure, and responsive — because in healthcare, outdated is unacceptable. With content support, on-call updates, and ongoing strategy inputs, we stay with you through the journey.

If your hospital is growing, evolving, or simply wants to better serve its patients — then it’s time to revisit what your website says about you. Because today, patients don’t just want good doctors — they want clear information, warm communication, and a sense of being understood from the very first click.

Let’s help you make that happen.

Before They Book a Room or a Table, They Book a Feeling https://orrigem.com/before-they-book-a-room-or-a-table-they-book-a-feeling/ Thu, 11 Sep 2025 11:03:22 +0000 https://orrigem.com/?p=16540

Before They Book a Room or a Table, They Book a Feeling

Brand Strategy & Brand Consulting Agency in Mumbai

Why your digital presence matters more than ever for hotels, restaurants & resorts

People don’t just choose a hotel because it’s nearby. They don’t pick a restaurant only because it serves good food. They don’t book a resort simply because it looks nice.

They make decisions based on how a place makes them feel.
And in most cases, that feeling starts not at the reception desk — but online.

When a traveler is scrolling through options or a family is planning a dinner outing, your website, your Instagram feed, your Google presence — that’s your first chance to show who you are, how you care, and why you’re different.

The question is — does your digital presence make them feel welcome?

In the hospitality business, details matter. From how your rooms are presented to how your menu is described, from the words you use to the pictures you post — it all speaks before your staff ever says hello. And in a time when most decisions are made on phones and screens, this isn’t just marketing — it’s your first line of hospitality.

Sadly, many well-run hotels and restaurants still depend on word of mouth and old ways of communication. Their websites are outdated. Their social media lacks consistency. Their Google listing is unmanaged. And that’s where they lose.

Not because they don’t provide great service — but because they fail to communicate it in today’s language: digital experience.

At Orrigem, we work with businesses in the hospitality industry not just as designers or marketers — but as experience builders. We understand that your brand is more than a logo or a tagline. It’s in the way your resort feels before someone steps in. It’s in the ease of finding your menu, the confidence in your reviews, the warmth in your imagery, and the flow of your website.

Whether you run a boutique homestay in the hills, a multi-location fine dining brand, or a newly launched urban café — we help you express your identity with clarity, consistency, and charm. From crafting emotionally resonant websites to managing social content that tells your story beautifully, we bring together creativity and strategy to help you attract the right guests — and keep them coming back.

We also understand the seasonal nature of this industry. That’s why we provide flexible support — with marketing campaigns that can be dialed up during peak seasons and content that continues to keep you visible, even in quieter months.

Because when people find you online, it’s not just your food, service, or room they’re judging.
It’s your intent. Your care. Your commitment to hospitality.
And when those things shine through, business follows naturally.

Let’s make sure your next guest feels welcomed… long before they arrive.

Your Health & Wellness Brand Deserves to Be Understood — Not Overlooked https://orrigem.com/your-health-wellness-brand-deserves-to-be-understood-not-overlooked/ Tue, 23 Aug 2022 09:50:36 +0000 http://192.168.0.103/finbiz/?p=1327

Your Health & Wellness Brand Deserves to Be Understood — Not Overlooked

In the world of wellness — where trust, transformation, and personal connection matter the most — your brand’s appearance is often your first act of service. Whether you run a yoga studio, sell organic skincare, or manage a boutique wellness café, how your brand looks, feels, and communicates directly shapes how people perceive your credibility and care.

Many wellness entrepreneurs pour their energy into the quality of their service, but overlook something crucial — the experience they create before a customer even walks in or clicks ‘follow’. That experience begins with your visual identity and brand voice. It’s your silent invitation to trust, to explore, and to buy. And in a world where attention is fleeting, that invitation needs to be immediate and intentional.

The Unspoken Power of Design in Wellness

Imagine two wellness brands. One has a well-thought-out logo, a calming color palette, a beautifully designed Instagram feed, and a clean, mobile-friendly website that reflects balance, nature, and warmth. The other offers similar services, but their branding is inconsistent, their posts feel rushed, and their online presence is hard to navigate. Now ask yourself — which one would you trust with your well-being? Design isn’t just aesthetics. It’s a form of communication. It tells your story when you’re not there to explain it. It says “we care” before the first email is sent or call is made. Especially in the health and wellness space, where people are deeply personal about the choices they make — design becomes a reflection of your care, attention, and professionalism.

The Wellness Industry Is Growing — So Is The Noise

Today, the wellness industry in India is booming. According to reports, it’s expected to grow to nearly Rs. 5 trillion in the coming years. That means more businesses, more competition, and more voices trying to get attention. To stand out, you don’t just need great services — you need great presentation. Most people will meet your brand for the first time through your Instagram, a flyer, your storefront signage, or a quick Google search. In that moment, you don’t get the luxury of explaining what makes you special. Your design has to do it for you. A thoughtful logo, a well-laid-out website, or an engaging social feed creates a sense of clarity and trust. People pause. They pay attention. They consider.

Where Most Wellness Brands Go Wrong

One of the biggest mistakes wellness entrepreneurs make is treating branding like an afterthought. A quick logo from a freelancer, a free website template that doesn’t reflect your essence, or marketing content that’s all over the place — these small gaps send big messages. We’ve worked with businesses who were incredibly passionate, but their design didn’t show it. They were offering organic products with deep-rooted philosophy, but their packaging felt generic. Or yoga teachers who ran life-changing classes, but their websites didn’t even load properly on mobile. That’s not just a branding problem — it’s a business problem. Because when your brand doesn’t communicate well, people don’t see your value clearly — even if it’s right in front of them.

How Orrigem Helps Wellness Brands Find Their Voice

At Orrigem, we approach wellness branding with sensitivity, strategy, and style. We don’t just design logos — we shape identities. We don’t just manage your social media — we make sure it speaks to the people you’re here to help. From defining your core message to creating content that educates, engages, and converts — our work is about building trust before anything else. Whether you’re a solopreneur trying to grow your presence online, or an established wellness brand launching your next product, we partner with you to align every visual, every word, and every click with your purpose. We also bring AI-enhanced strategies into the mix to keep your marketing smart, efficient, and always ahead of the curve. And we don’t stop at design. With SEO, influencer marketing, and ongoing consultation — we make sure your brand doesn’t just look good, but gets seen by the right people.

Let’s work together

Let’s Design Your Calm, Consistent, and Credible Brand

If you’re in the health and wellness space, you already know the value of clarity, balance, and intention. Isn’t it time your brand reflected the same?
You don’t need more noise. You need more meaning.
Let’s design that — together.
